THRIVE is an innovative platform founded by a trailblazing female minority of Black descent and an immigrant from Africa who is thriving in the Western world. She conceived the idea for THRIVE one year after being let go from her highest position in the tech industry, driven by her passion for helping others overcome challenges in a foreign land. As the CEO and Founder, she is dedicated to providing immigrants with the resources and personalized coaching they need to build successful lives in the U.S.

THRIVE offers crucial support on topics like homelessness, unemployment, mental health challenges, severance packages, layoffs, welfare assistance, therapy services, immigration lawyer recommendations, and green card status transitions.

She also leads a non-profit organization in Ghana, where she oversees a Rehabilitation Center for Mentally Challenged individuals, underscoring her commitment to creating impactful solutions globally.

Through THRIVE, she seeks to empower immigrants not only by addressing immediate needs but by fostering long-term success through community involvement, social network building, financial literacy, retirement planning, and crowdfunding for small businesses. Her leadership embodies the American dream, with a focus on inclusivity – 70% of THRIVE’s leadership team is composed of female minorities from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and South America.
